Pedego Dana Point co-owners and best friends Danny Val and Benny Serrano are bringing the nation’s Number 1 electric bike brand to Dana Point. Already generating some buzz in the town named after legendary explorer Richard Henry Dana, Pedego Dana Point offers powerful Pedego electric bikes that let riders soar over hills and fly through headwinds, riding longer, farther and faster to discover and experience more of the Southern California Coast than they ever could on a standard bicycle. Prior to opening Pedego Dana Point, Val worked in management and operations for 10 years, and Serrano spent eight years as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. This is their first entrepreneurial venture together, and their combined skills as well as their strong 16-year friendship will help them meet a growing demand for Pedego bikes in the region.
Free test rides are available at Pedego Dana Point, which offers Pedego electric bikes sales, rentals and service. The store’s owners offer a unique adventure with each rental that friends and family can enjoy for a memorable shared experience. Self-guided tours include rides up to Monarch Beach to visit Salt Creek Beach and the luxurious Ritz Carlton and Monarch Beach Resort or south to the charming town of San Clemente. The beach path takes riders from Doheny Beach through Capistrano Beach and down to San Clemente, past the famous wooden pier, about 15 miles round-trip from the store.
