DEALER NETWORK QUESTIONS
Pedego features a unique branded dealer network in the USA. Unlike a generic bike shop that carries dozens of brands, the 100+ Pedego Store are dedicated destinations focused on the Pedego experience. They are locally owned small businesses backed by our national corporate headquarters in Fountain Valley, CA. Additionally there are 70+ independent bike dealers that are certified Pedego Service centers. This model ensures you get the personal service of a neighbor with the robust warranty and parts support of a national leader.
Pedego has the largest dedicated and locally owned e-bike service network in North America. Every official Pedego store is a fully equipped service center. You can find your nearest location using our Official Store Finder. Because our shops are physical storefronts, you never have to worry about shipping a 60lb bike back in a box for a simple repair.
Yes! One of the biggest perks of our dealer network is portability. Your warranty and service history are recognized at any of our 170+ brick-and-mortar locations across the United States.
BIKE QUESTIONS
Low-step e-bikes are especially well-suited for riders who want a more accessible, comfortable experience: seniors who want to ride without worrying about balance during mounting, commuters who stop and start frequently throughout the day, riders with limited hip flexibility or mobility considerations, and anyone who has ever felt uncertain hoisting a leg over a traditional high-frame bike.
The low-step design removes that barrier entirely.
Pedego's low-step bikes combine the accessible frame geometry with the comfort features the brand is known for: upright seating position, cushioned saddles, and wide handlebars that reduce strain on the back, neck, and wrists.
The step-through frame is not a compromise, it is structurally sound, UL-certified, and carries the same 5-year warranty as all Pedego bikes.
You get easy on-off access without giving up build quality or ride comfort.
Pedego offers two low-step models to match different riding styles.
The Boomerang is the classic cruiser, relaxed geometry, wide tires, and all-day comfort for flat terrain and neighborhoods. It comes in two versions, Core with Class 1 & 2 Speed and up to 46 miles range, and the Pro our Class 3 ready powerhouse with up to 75 miles range.
The City Commuter is built for daily urban riding: lighter, more agile, with a range of up to 75 miles. Both are available in step-through configuration and fit riders from 4'10" to 6'3".
If you're comparing models, the main decision is riding style: leisure cruising or active commuting.
